Return and Exchange Policy

At Vixilly, customers have up to 30 days from the receipt of their order to return or exchange items. For a return or exchange to be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and should also be unused or lightly used.

Should you need to initiate a return or exchange or if you encounter any issues doing so within the 30-day period, please contact us at contact@vixilly.com, including your order number for a streamlined process. We ensure a full refund to your original payment method excluding original shipping charges. Additionally, the return shipping cost will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

Return Labels

Vixilly does not provide return labels. It is the customer's responsibility to return the product if they bought the wrong product or no longer want the item. However, if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, Vixilly will provide a downloadable label at no cost to the customer, ensuring a smooth return process.
